We can provide a vehicle, subject to availability. The cost for driver and vehicle are as follows:

$115 for a sedan service up to 4 guests

$130 for a SUV or mini-van service up to 6 guests

$170 for a 12 to 15 passenger van service up to 12 guests

You chose a start time and one of our friendly drivers will meet you at your typically at your lodging.

We bring along water bottles and assist you with lunch – hydration and nosh.

We will also become your personal paparazzi for a day.

We are licensed (TCP #35816) and insured to drive your rented or personal vehicle.

Yes, we have driven guests from and back to San Francisco. There is an additional flat fee of $75 on top of the hourly rate.

FYI traveling from/to San Francisco one way is between 1.5 to 2 hours.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Every driver will either call or text you the day before the tour to introduce themselves, confirm start time and location, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Your driver will meet you at your lodging or your designated spot, so when done for the day you are back at your lodging and the driver is back at their vehicle.

Side note, we have dropped guests at a dinner reservation and taken the vehicle back to your hotel dropping the keys with the front desk.

Because we are a small family/friend business, cancellations have an impact on us. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all bookings that have had route planning services. If there have been no route planning services full refund issued with a 72 hour notice. However cancellations within 72 hours of the tour’s start time is subject to the deposit of $100. Same day cancellations there is no refund.

All cancellation fees are held and can be used at a later date subject to availability.

If unforeseen circumstances (sickness, family emergency, etc) require Wine Tour Drivers, LLC, to cancel your reservation, we will refund your fee and do everything we can to find you another reputable driver / wine tour guide at the same price.

The fee is $55/hour.

Groups of 6 or less, gratuity is not included.

Groups of 7 or more, 20% gratuity is added to the CC on file.

All carry a 6 hour minimum per day.

Typically groups  can get to 3 or 4 wineries in a six hour period. This would be spending a little over an hour at each location.

But if you want a relaxed carefree wine adventure within the 6 hours, typically ends up being 3 winery stops.

Either way we will make it a memorable experience.

Gratuity is not added to groups of 6 and under. and is at your discretion. Preferred in cash directly to the driver.

Groups of 7 or more 20% gratuity will be added to the invoice.

Our average tip received is 20%.

We strive to make your day carefree and memorable by providing excellent customer service.

There are online booking fee and with $100 deposit.

San Francisco location flat fee of $75 added to the hourly rate.

With two different locations there is a flat fee  based on the distance between the two locations. For example, if we meet you in Napa to start driving your vehicle and drop you in St Helena with your vehicle, there will be a flat fee added.

Fees depend on distance, inquire with us.

Yes, when booking select ‘Yes’ to itinerary help. We will make your winery reservations for you. We know the areas and distance between stops.

Relieving you of this stress – it can get overwhelming with all the wineries to choose from.

Yes, if you have a route in mind pass it along. But if you do not, then together we can plan a personalized route for your day. We will send you a list of suggested stops based on your responses to a few questions.
